Dealer network Manager Location: Guangzhou Job Description:- Responsible for the development of a dealer network in China - Act as an interface with dealers to ensure the appropriate company supports and resources provided to dealers to sustain the development of dealers- Provide updated information of sales and network related policy to the senior management of the company- Update dealer agreement from time to time and ensure that dealer agreement is always in line with the company’s policy and regulation in every respect- Maintenance dealer trust account management and ensure that the payment and reimbursement process of trust funding run smoothlyRequirement:- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Agriculture or related field - Minimum 8 years of sales experience with 3 years of dealer network management in agricultural related companies, multinational company background is preferred- Good communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills - Ability to work independently, creatively- Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese- Requires frequent travel outside the province.- Reporting to Vice President Sales经销商管理经理工作地点:广州工作职责:- 负责开发和维护中国的经销商网络- 确保为经销商提供公司的服务与支持,协助经销商发展业务 - 向公司高级管理层提供最新的销售和网络管理方面的相关政策- 及时更新经销商合同,确保与公司的政策和规定相符- 经销商信用管理体系的维护,及时、高效的协助处理经销商与公司的往来账款,确保公司财务稳健职位要求:- 本科学历,市场营销、农业或相关专业- 至少8年工作经验,3年相关农业领域的经销商管理方面的工作经验,拥有跨国公司工作经验优先- 良好的沟通、协调和解决问题的能力- 能够独立并创造性的开展工作- 优秀的普通话、英文语言沟通能力和书面表达能力- 能够频繁外省出差- 工作汇报对象:销售副总 |
